Nothing on this site is a binding offer; machine placements are governed solely by a signed location agreement.

Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry does not create any obligation on either party. We review each request and may decline a placement at our discretion.
Purchases at our machines
- Payment. Machines accept card and mobile-wallet payments only. Presenting a payment method places a temporary pre-authorization hold that is replaced by the final purchase amount when the door closes, or released if nothing is taken.
- Charges. You are charged for items removed from the machine during your session as detected by the machine's sensors. Items returned to the shelf before the door closes are not charged.
- Refunds & disputes. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at 209-921-1015 or platinumvendco@gmail.com with the machine location and approximate time. We review sensor and transaction data and issue refunds promptly where warranted.
- Product quality. We monitor temperature and rotate perishables. If you receive a product that is damaged or past its date, let us know and we'll make it right.
- Prohibited conduct. Do not tamper with, damage, or attempt to defeat the machine, its sensors, or its payment system. We cooperate with partner locations and law enforcement on theft and vandalism.
Location partners
Terms for hosting a machine — including the 2-year term, responsibilities, insurance, and removal — are set out in the signed location agreement, which controls over anything on this site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Platinum Vending Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our machines. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount of that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
