Platinum Vending Co. started with a simple frustration: vending machines were the one thing in a nice building that still felt like 1995. We set out to put modern, AI-powered coolers in Treasure Valley businesses — and to run them the way a good local partner should.

Every gym owner, service manager, and property manager we talked to said the same thing: they wanted the amenity, not the job. Nobody wants to count quarters, chase a vendor about an empty machine, or explain to a member why the coil ate their dollar.
So we built Platinum Vending around the opposite model. We own the machines. We fund the inventory. We show up — because we're based right here in Boise, not three states away. Our coolers use computer vision and tap-to-pay so the buying experience is effortless, and live inventory data so the shelves stay full without anyone at your location thinking about it.
